Express Cupcakes
Last Friday nite, my daughter told me that her friend are coming over for Hari Raya the next day. I said - 'oh really.. mama working morning shift so your friend can come over after 'asar' so mama have time to serve all of you. How many of them..??' (i thought may 1 or 2 person). Then she said.. 'maybe 10 of them..' DANGG...!! 'what...?? 10.. huhuhu.. xkan nak serve kuih raya jer kot..' So that night i made my 'Express Cupcakes' to serve my daughter's friend tomorrow. Tadaaa... Not bad ha....
Very easy.. I bought a mix cup cakes flour, go back home mix it with 5 egg, butter and water. Mix it and bake it.. Siap..!! Then the best part is.. Decorate it..!! My daughter
did it and i love it. The taste is good too.. Really.. Try it and you gone a Love it..:)
Rmks :- to make the cream.. mix butter with sugar with electric mixer and add colour..
Everything ready. Just wait for her friends. I made kuah kacang with nasi impit and fried macaroni. Serve with the cup cakes and raya's biscuits on the table. So, iso nothing, there is something for them for Hari Raya. Hehe.. Ok la..
I received a lot of compliment from my daughter's friends on the fried macaroni and my 'express cup cakes' hehehe... It's really worth it.. :) *proud MoM...
